Visit to the 27th International Decorative Painters Salon
April 18 @ 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm
$15 – $20
Join us for a group visit to the 27th International Decorative Painters Salon!
Odd Salon Fellow Lynne Rutter is producing the 27th annual “SALON” in San Francisco, which also features the artwork of Fellow Tania Seabock.
The International Decorative Painters Salon brings together master artisans from over 25 different countries who share their work and techniques in this exhibition and live painting event. Participants of Salon include independent painters, finishers, teachers, restoration artisans, sign painters, gilders, and muralists.
The Salon is organized in a new city every year, hosted voluntarily by one of its members and supported entirely by donations and sponsorships. This is the first time Salon has been held in California, and will meet next in Ireland in 2024 and Denmark in 2025.
Participating artists will exhibit their work as well as work together on live demonstrations of technique.
Lynne has graciously offered our Members and Fellows discounted admission for the run of the salon – We’re going to go explore the salon as a group:
Tuesday April 18, 2-5 pm (possibly followed by a cocktail at the nearby Interval bar)
Fort Mason Center for Arts & Culture: Gallery 308, Landmark Building A.
